Indoor Program
At Candy's Kiddie Korner we have two seasons of learning.
We have our indoor program, where families will enter and find their child's locker, information board and our bulletin board that holds our children's crafts and creations displayed for parents.
During our indoor program we pride ourselves on having a semi-structured, play led program. We have morning meetings, where children will sit around the campfire, be free to talk about themselves and their families. We allow children the opportunity to get to know each other in an informal way, where we sing a "good morning" song, read books, learn our alphabet through "jolly Phonics".
We try to go outside both in the morning and the afternoon (weather permitting), when this is not feasible we utilize "dance and movement" to allow our children the freedom to move their bodies.

Outdoor Program
At Candy's Kiddie Korner we have two seasons of learning. Our outdoor program runs from April 1st to Sept 1st, depending on when the snow melts and the fall temperatures get chillier.
We have outdoor program, where families will enter through a side gate and be immersed within our outdoor natural environment. Upon entrance you wiill find an outdoor building where each child will have their own hook to hang up their coats and muddy buddies.
During our outdoor program we pride ourselves on allowing children to learn through exploration and freedom to participate in "risky play". When weather is bad children are free to put on their muddy buddies and play in the mud, get dirty or stay within the building and do an indoor activity.
